LICENSE to Sell DTF Transfers with Blackberry Print Co Digitals Designs

TRANSFER SELLER LICENSE

This is a one-time purchase license that allows the purchaser to print and sell transfers using Blackberry Print Co. designs.

IMPORTANT:
A Transfer Seller License is required to print and sell ANY transfer featuring a Blackberry Print Co. design. Purchasing a design alone does not grant permission to sell transfers. Designs must be purchased separately.

This license is only required for businesses selling transfers. Customers may continue to use Blackberry Print Co. designs on finished products such as shirts, sweatshirts, tote bags, tumblers, and other physical items without purchasing this license.

LICENSE INCLUDES:
• DTF Transfers
• Sublimation Transfers
• Printable HTV Transfers
• Stickers and Decals
• Other printed transfer products

With this license, you may print and sell transfers of all current and future Blackberry Print Co. designs that you have purchased.

APPROVED SELLER LIST:
• License holders will be added to Blackberry Print Co.’s Approved Transfer Seller List.
• It is the responsibility of the license holder to provide current business information.
• Blackberry Print Co. reserves the right to verify license ownership if questions arise regarding transfer sales.

RESTRICTIONS:
• Digital files may not be resold, shared, gifted, copied, or redistributed.
• Digital files may not be uploaded to any print-on-demand platform or third-party marketplace.
• Designs may not be converted into embroidery files for resale.
• Copyright ownership remains with Blackberry Print Co.
• This license is valid for one business only and may not be transferred or shared.

By purchasing this license, you agree to all terms listed above.

Covers all current and future Blackberry Print Co. designs purchased by the license holder.
